The price was good for what you got, I liked the quiet neighborhood, so the 15 minute walk from the stations didn’t bother us.
The building is small, but that is because we are not native to Japan, so you will have to duck if you are from another country most likely.

It is close to a 7/11, everything was clean, soap and dishes are provided. There is no laundry washer but there is a laundry mat about 2 min walking distance
TV does not work, I believe the wifi was not the greatest as well. It would get super cold and the heaters helped but it would be cold to move around in other rooms.
