New, well designed, clean. Very friendly staff who all speak English. Super peaceful environment. I wish I had discovered this place sooner and we had been able to stay more than one night
To see the 3 dogs tied up all day/ night across from property. It broke my heart. Note that they are not affiliated with hotel.

Nice hotel, located in a quiet area, the staff is very friendly and helpful, very good breakfast, big and well decorated room

Rooms very recent and facilities overall in line with expectations.
Staff need a better training from reception - very unecessary bureaucratic and unfriendly. Really hard to phatom such need for a mid-size hotel. The worst is the restaurant in the hands of a team - top to bottom - slow to act, harsh in the interaction and - again - bureaucratic. As an example to get plain water for breakfast took 15 minutes since no buffet available. If you are in the hospitality business one should at least try to listen to clients.
