Good location and building facilities.
The apartment was not well maintained. There was mold/dirt on the bathroom ceiling / walls. Also, based on the photos, the apartment was facing Guilherme Bannitz / João Clímaco Pereira streets, but the unit given to me was actually facing Av. Santo Amaro, which is extremely noisy throughout the day and night.

Pool / Gym was great!!
Apartment was clean and all equipment for the kitchen was there.
The bringing of guests was quite complicated. I understand there’s reasons for the procedure, but it was a little too difficult.

Good location, close to the center and very chill. The apartament is cozy
For me the check in policy is a bit of headache. They not gonna allow you to enter even if you are 5 min for your check in time, so it’s better to plan well you’re arrival. I understand it’s the policy, but I had to wait 25 min on the side walk with all my bags, which can be a little bit dangerous, they are not gonna allow you to keep your bags inside while you wait. Overall it’s a good place for the money
