Villa Zelma

This was the second time I came to Villa Zelma. The first was last year with the whole fam and this year just mother and daughter. The setting is lovely and quiet up in the hills, but at the same time 10 min from the autostrada and Pistoia. It’s unpretentious and genuine. The breakfast is excellent and good value, with wonderful sweet and savory options, and I love that you can also order food and drinks by the pool for lunch and that there is a restaurant for dinner. The style of the rooms is a bit dated, but I found the bed and even the pillow to be comfortable (on the firmer side) and it was very clean. We were also very happy for the AC! Definitely will come back!

Nothing to discourage me from coming here, but I would suggest to the owners to always have completely functioning umbrellas by the pool. It’s such a nice setting and seeing broken umbrellas being used kind of kills the vibes a little bit.

Property was really nice a super good pool

Excellent farmstay. The road may be a little challenging, but navigation is right on. Great views. Excellent kitchen that we enjoyed for both dinner and breakfast.

Shower stall can be improved.

Villa Zelma was beautiful, the seating areas outside were lovely to sit and relax. Everything was so clean and tidy. The lady we dealt with was so kind and helpful which made it feel extra special.
