Unique and rustique hidden gem in the middle of Tuscany! We loved it here and the kids had great fundays in the pool. The owners are very kind and helpful, we even got a lovely surprise gift when we left. We stayed at the house behind the villa, which was big enough and well equipped. Would love to come back!

Maybe the only small thing was the lack of airconditioning on those hot summer nights. But the mosquito nets in front of all the windows made it bearable with all the windows open.

Villa is old, but the apartment is fully renovated and perfectly clean. Swimming pool with wholw frontyard is amazing.

No AC, but we survived heat wave thanks to the pool 🙂

The peaceful countryside, the beautiful architecture, and the kindness of the hosts made us feel truly welcome at marvellous San Giustino Villa. This place has a special harmony and authenticity, with plenty of trees, flowers and also a cozy garden swimming pool - just perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. All major Tuscan cities are easy to reach, and there's a lovely nearby town Cantagrillo with everything you need - groceries, pharmacies or just a pleasant evening walk.
