Location, remodeled and garage. Nice quite safe location close to incline.
Wifi did not work, dirty pans, dirty carpet, all toilets backed up, no posted instructions on how to prepare house before leaving pull out couch mattress was stained, and old pots and pans. This place needs to remove the old carpet and replace the old pots and pans. My mom had to scrub everything they were old and had old food stuck on them. The wifi did not work it would come on for 10 min then off for 15 and the cycle repeated.

Nice and comfortable cabin in a quiet area. Good location for the resorts. Very spacious and clean.
I expected more places to eat and drink in King's Beach.
