Location is good and very convenient, easy access to all the place that we plan to visit. Parking space is good for big family gathering.
Cleanliness is a bit lacking, the provided mattress smells and is a little dirty. Plates, cups are not cleaned perfectly.

Comfortable. suitable for family gathering. The homestay is near the night market 5 minute walk.
The parking lot is a bit high from the road level. Got no WIFI.

Location is good, house is big. Easy check in and checkout
Cleanliness should be improved! Floor is not clean and sticky. Curtains seems like it's been ages since it last wash. Toilet is not clean and smell unpleasant. Address ok booking.com is not the same as the owner gave me.
