Excellent location. walking distance to Centrum. Value for money. Simple & clean design but sufficient.
Windows have no views and weak security, the lower level car park entrance door to upper level apartments was purposely block open by someone and can be enter by outsider event without a security card access.

the check-in & check-out was easy . location was good, behind the centrum & high place. parking have good space. easy to access.
the balcony have no view., only face the wall (unit G-03). the floor inside the house especially at the balcony & kitchen area was dirty. the host said want to send the cleaner to clean it up but no one came until we check-out.
