Villa Agapi

Top location, you can walk to the beautiful Egremni beach, if you want to; three very good taverns in a 5-10 minutes walking distance; clean house with quality materials and an unforgettable view, especially in the evening; the master bedroom is roomy and the balcony is very nice

The place is not as secluded as we expected - you could see and hear the neighbouring tourists; the pool wasn’t very clean (we didn’t risk using it), the kitchen is quite small (it’s below the stairs); the furniture (especially outside) had seen better years and could use changing (there were broken chairs outside); the place could use more shade, especially near the barbecue place; in general it has potential, but it didn’t seem very well maintained and is definitely overpriced - we’ve been to better houses in Lefkada for less money in the high season.

Great location! Beautifully appointed villa . Very clean.Excellent view and infinity pool. Beautiful landscaping. The host - Spiros was a great guy! Very helpful and friendly. The outdoor shower was great! The olive trees, the lavender and rosemary bushes !The smell of the air! We really fell in love with Villa Agapi! Very appropriate name for this property!

There is only one full bathroom, and it is on the 2nd floor. I would've taken down the tub, and make a nice shower that's easily accessible. The half bathroom is on the first floor and has the laundry machine. I think it would be nice to have a small shower cabin. We actually used the outdoor shower the most!

The location of the house (close to the beach). Beautiful view with sunset - size of the swimming pool - beds - no neighboors during our week - size of the parental room - good restaurants close to the house

Some equipments are old and must be replaced such as one of the parasol and some mosquito net. Small place in the kitchen to cook

The location and the view are great. Comfortable furnitures. Big enough for two ( there is also second bedroom but only one bath upstairs)

We spent 12 days in the villa and it was quite annoying and very disappointing . There is a construction site , just below the villa (100m) so the noise everyday from 8:30 till 15pm was horrible.our time was ruined there . There were diggers and hammering ink. Shouting persons . We could not enjoy the pool and the peace of environment. We spent afternoons on beaches. We had no peace there . AND this should have mentioned as warning in the descriptions, because the construction works are not new , since maybe more then one year they build a new villa there . That’s why the price was not fair . The “kitchen” is really tiny , not very comfy . There is no dining table at the terrace. The contact person was not really helpful, we had some problems with the tv connection, he’s ignored and not showed up. There is also new another neighbour villa on the right side that you don’t see in the pics.
