We’d stay there again it was very nice.

We absolutely enjoyed our one week stay. The check in was very easy. It’s a clean, new place with enough space for two and very central with a lot of shops and restaurants on the entire road. Train station is couple meters away to move around easily in the city.

Great bed & shower, very hot room, wouldn’t cool til sundown

I loved how comfortable the bed was and the power of the shower! I liked that I could get ahold of customer service! Checking in was easy too! Location was great!

I walked in and it was 40 degrees Celsius in the room. They had a plug in AC, it wasn’t attached to the outside unless I opened the window and stretched the tube to go out the window. I was told later the rooms don’t come with AC. If I didn’t have that portable Ac unit I would have never have been able to be on the room before 8 or 9pm. The room didn’t cool off until the sun went down. The curtains had to be closed as the sun heated up the room. I had a client and I sweated through the whole meeting. The room was very narrow and didn’t have a carpet like all the photos showed. They have blinds that come down to shade the room, but one I could get to come down. The other one raised and lowered itself where the bed was. I could hear the neighbors at night talk but it wasn’t bad.

Well located, clean, quiet. Had everything we needed.

Nobody on site to talk to. Despite pre-paying and having assurances about how/where to park, none of the information was correct, there were no signs in the car park and I had to end up paying myself (again) to be able to exit the car park.

It’s a great basic place with beautiful design if something goes wrong it’s difficult to communicate with anybody.

The design was amazing, the building and the room was great clean and the location is fantastic

The dishwasher was broken and we were two days without warm water and I couldn’t reach anybody when I wanted to notify the staff. It was summer so not too bad but that sucked specially when traveling with a child.

Modern and clean apartment in a nice suburb of Cologne

Rooms were very modern and clean. A great space for one or two people and the bathroom was good. The suburb was a lively area with lots of great restaurants and bars and the people were friendly. The subway was really close and you could get to central cologne in 10 minutes from there. I like to run so explored on foot a few times and come across some nice parks and views not too far away

I thought the hotel could have provided some water, coffee and other basics. Appreciate they are serviced apartments but it wouldn't cost a lot and i paid an extraordinary amount which was due to the Anuga food expo being held in Cologne. I i hadn't paid so much then i would have given them an 8/9

Perfect location if you are needing to be in the centre of things in Cologne

very central in a trendy part of Cologne and near a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. Had everything I needed for the stay. staff was very friendly

TV didn't really work (only YouTube and no normal TV channels, as well as Netflix on their remote but not working). Its a little pricey for the size of the room

Good, but not worth the money to me.

The bed was nice and the view from the window also.

Sadly many little things made it less enjoyable. The view was nice, yes, but as the weather got really hot, it’s necessary to open the windows and the neighborhood is really loud. I am a bit surprised that such a high standard hotel don’t have any air conditioning I wanted to watch TV to only realise that the battery inside the remote leaked, probably because it wasn’t used enough. So no TV The fridge was not even cold, even tho yes, Smeg does look cool. The shower structure was also broken. Just like a piece of the window fell as i opened it first time. All together, i expected more attention to details since the price for a night is quite high.

cancellation/modification policy is terrible: 90% they keep if you have to cancel a day. definitely sub par to other hotels regarding this point

Decent stay but with it's drawbacks

Great location and nice views from the rooms (if facing the cathedral side)

Cleanliness could be better. There were silverfish which the staff said is 'common' instead of acknowledging. Later they did put some stuff to prevent but initial reaction was dismissive. The biggest problem - the check in kiosk malfunctions many times. Didn't work at check in and even once when I needed a new key. Had to call the staff both times to help out which took atleast 20-30 mins to resolve.

Unless your out of apartment very early you are not getting your 1 clean of apartment in the 7 days there (they don’t give bank) Cleaner very loud chatting outside of door from 7:45am no regard for people on holiday resting. No sofa in our room as advertised on our confirmation Small double bed for two adults, no option to get a roll away bed or upgrade to room with bigger bed or sofa bed. All rooms have only one size bed and maybe this could be looked at as there is space for a wider bed. Our fault as we thought it would be manageable but on reflection we should of checked if there was other options.
