Зручне розташування. Закрита парковка. Гарний стан квартири.
1. Погана комунікація. Просто скинули номер телефону і попросили написати їм на Вайбер. Це було дуже незручно зробити за кермом в дорозі. 2. Ми попередили про пізній заїзд квартира була заброньована на 4-х осіб (2-х дорослих та 2-х дітей) по факту квартира була підготовлена для проживання 2-х осіб. Навіть другий комплект постілі не поклали, довелося самостійно її шукати та стелити, розкладати диван. Ми не побачили турботу про своїх гостей. 3. Немає ключа від дверей в під'їзд. Щоб потрапити в під'їзд з парковки у дворі доводиться виходити на вулицю, натискати кодову комбінацію і тільки тоді одночасно відкриваються двері на територію разом з дверми у під'їзд. З сумками робити це не зручно. Вартість 1 чіпу 150 грн

Затишний район і будинок, своє паркомісце під вікном.
Кондиціонер незаправлений, тяжко було в спеку. Тріснутий ролет в спальні, довелось імпровізувати свою штору

Дистанционное заселение и выселение, это очень удобно. В квартире идеальная чистота. Есть все необходимое для проживания.
