Досить чисто,є все необхідне для комфорту (кондиціонер,праска,фен,мікрохвильова,плита,чайник). Поруч є магазини, до центру 20хв ходьби.
Вікна виходять на проїзджу і сонячну частину,тому було шумно,коли відкривали вікна на ніч і досить спекотно,тому кондиціонер навіть не міг достатньо охолодити приміщення.

Дешеві матеріали, на було прасувальної дошки зношена сантехніка, незручні подушки, відірвані штори, не було нормального гелю для душу.
