Досить чисто,є все необхідне для комфорту (кондиціонер,праска,фен,мікрохвильова,плита,чайник). Поруч є магазини, до центру 20хв ходьби.
Вікна виходять на проїзджу і сонячну частину,тому було шумно,коли відкривали вікна на ніч і досить спекотно,тому кондиціонер навіть не міг достатньо охолодити приміщення.

Сподобалось,що увійшли в наше положення,і посилили раніше,так як приїхали раніше. Щиро дякую 🥰🥰🙏

Локація, близько розташованої до центру
Квартира потребує чистку в туалеті, воняло каналізацією, в умивальнику збиралась вода, не було для зручності нової губки 🧽 для миття посуду, не було сухих рушників або просто рушників на кухні, хочеш помити тарілки - немає чим витерти і посуд і руки, чайник старий, меблі потребують чистки, на матрасі не зручно спати, прям відчуваєш всі пружини.
