Amenities include a brand new private sundeck and lounge area, king bed, private parking, free WiFi, and much more! This property also features all new updates and renovations, including designer furniture and finishes, and a brand new bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
The interior features a king bed, a kitchenette with a coffee station, a seating area with flatscreen TV, and a beautiful, newly renovated bath with walk-in shower, all featuring the perfect balance of form and function. Outside, there's a private sun deck with a seating area, perfect for evening get-togethers or catching some rays.
Behind the cottages is highly coveted private parking, exclusively for guest use! Guests can also walk right to the back door of the Elk Store Distillery, or Auslander's Biergarten! Both are local favorites, known for their exceptional beer and liquor selections. This unique feature of the property lends a true speakeasy element to your stay.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles, mice, or flies.

This house was the cutest and coziest place to stay! It’s a really close to a lot of great places on Main St. the only downside is be aware that if you drive to go to dinner, people going to the bar out back might park in the guest parking.

Everything was great, me and my husband had a great time staying at the speakeasy cottage # 2. The only thing I would say needs attention is the shower, water pressure is low and water goes every where, but everything else was great. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. Sorry for the late review.
