With shopping, dining, tasting rooms, the world famous Nimitz Museum, and town square all within walking distance, there isn't a better location in town! Amenities include a full kitchen, private hot tub with a brand new private sundeck and lounge area, king beds, private parking, free WiFi, and much more! This property also features all new updates and renovations, including designer furniture and finishes, and a brand new bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
The interior features a large sitting area with conversation seating and a flatscreen TV, a full kitchen with cooking basics provided, a primary bedroom with a king bed, laptop friendly workspace, and ensuite bath, all featuring the perfect balance of form and function. Outside, there's a private sun deck with a private hot tub and seating area, perfect for evening get-togethers or catching some rays. Additionally, 2 large Adirondack chairs grace the front porch, making it the ideal spot for a morning cup of coffee.
Behind the cottages is highly coveted private parking, exclusively for guest use! Guests can also walk right to the back door of the Elk Store Distillery, or Auslander's Biergarten! Both are local favorites, known for their exceptional beer and liquor selections. This unique feature of the property lends a true speakeasy element to your stay.

In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles, mice, or flies.

Our little getaway in Fredericksburg was just what we needed! The one-bedroom space was warm, inviting, and full of charm. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole place was spotless with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special.
One of our favorite parts was the gorgeous front porch—it was the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening. It really made the stay feel even more relaxing and cozy.
The location was great—close to Main Street and the wineries, but still quiet and peaceful when we wanted to just relax.
We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Such a sweet spot for anyone looking for a charming Fredericksburg escape!

The Speakeasy Cottage #1 was a great location and perfect for an anniversary get away. We loved the cabin, it was stocked with everything we needed and I like that there were no chores to complete when we left. Our stay was quite and comfortable.

The location is great, a block away from all the action. The hot tub picture is a little misleading only showing one direction, if it was taken from another angle the Alley next door would’ve been seen and not very private.
They need to get the TV situation handled! 3 remotes for one TV? You need to be a Philadelphia Lawyer to figure it out, just get a smart TV and let everyone stream whatever they want to. I’m not the smartest guy but this stuff should be easier. Also, the soaps reminded me of communion wafers, too small! Get something a little more substantial.
Everything else was great, bed comfy, pillows comfy, fan and AC worked great. I think the property is over valued, but, I get the location is great.
