About this house rental
The house was built in 2005 and has approx. 130 m² living space. It is created according to the latest Swedish technology with thermoblock panel walls (solid block wood panels made of Nordic pine and high insulation), in a generous open design and has a high standard of furnishing.
The heating consists of a fireplace and electric radiators.
The house is suitable for 6 people.
On the ground floor you will find:
a spacious living room with an open ceiling / gallery to the attic.
The inviting ambience with a fireplace, a corner sofa set (with integrated sleeping facilities) and a small audio system invite you to relax.
The dining room with 6 seats (8 seats possible) seduces with a view of the lake.
The open fitted kitchen in a combination of natural birch wood and aluminum-colored electrical elements is integrated in the living room and contains the complete cooking equipment with generous crockery and cutlery.
In addition to a sauna with shower, a utility room with washer / dryer, a guest toilet with toilet and. The sink is followed by a large bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm and a built-in wardrobe.
