About this house rental
Only 1300 meters from the sea, reachable through a beautiful and fresh pine forest, is this holiday home in Tuscany.
It is located in the Ronchi / Poveromo area of Marina di Massa, a beautiful green area on the Versilia coast.
It is located inside a private road and therefore has no car passage.
At about 200 meters there is a small supermarket where you can find all the necessities without having to go to the big ones.
The vacation home in Tuscany is a semi-detached portion with a private garden.
Access is via a driveway gate and two cars can be parked inside, but it is much more convenient to keep them parked on the road.
The private garden of about 250 square meters includes a box with 3 bicycles inside, which are available, and a terrace where you can eat outside.
Internal composition:
Ground Floor:
Bright living room with sofa, armchairs, dining table and TV.
Kitchen with 4-burner stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and coffee pod machine.
Double bedroom.
Bathroom with shower.
External laundry with washing machine.
First Floor:
Double bed room.
Room with 2 single beds.
Room with 1 single bed.
Bathroom with shower.
The first floor is a mansard and in some places it is slightly low.
Pets are allowed.
The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Heating, Pets, Tourist tax.

This house is the perfect house to spend holidays with some friends or family. It’s spacious, very comfortable, in the perfect location between the beach and the city center. It has everything you need (the garden is amazing). Thanks to the trees it is fresh. Ian is super reactive and nice. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ian !!!

Chouette maison, bien située, spacieuse. Cependant, la propreté laissait à désirer... Quant à la literie, elle n'est pas de grande qualité...

Ein wunderschönes, etwas abgelegenes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Der Garten war umzäunt und traumhaft. Die Küche und Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Küchenutensilien könnten erneuert werden. Sonnst, war es sehr entspannt und richtig italienisch. Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei Hunden wunderbar dort gefüllt.
