Excellent place to stay while in Zlarin.

It is a great accommodation for bigger group of people (we were 4 adults and one toddler), there was enough space for all of us. The house is cold enough without AC which is great in the summer because we didn't want to use AC... The location is central, you are 5 minutes from the beach...

Apartment ist okay, aber nicht für den Preis.

Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, es gibt neue Pfannen, viele Töpfe, auch einige Gewürze und andere Kochzutaten sind da, vielleicht noch von vorherigen Mieter:innen, sehr praktisch. Das Bad wurde wohl vor einiger Zeit renoviert und ist auch noch ganz gut in Schuss. Schön ist die Terasse im oberen Stock, dort lässt es super abends sitzen und auch unten steht ein Tisch mit Stühlen im Freien, wo man gut sonnengeschützt frühstücken kann. Sonja hat uns mit dem Golfmobil am Hafen abgeholt und uns dabei geholfen, unser ganzes Zeug zum Apartment zu transportieren, anschließend hat sie uns eine kleine Tour durchs Haus gegeben und erklärt, wo alles hin muss etc. Außerdem war sie immer erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Restaurants und Strände gegeben. Die Lage des Apartments ist toll, zum Hafen geht man 1min, zu den Restaurants ebenso und es ist sehr ruhig.

Gleich bei unserer Ankunft gab es einen kleinen Wasserrohrbruch — dafür konnte jetzt niemand direkt was, die Vermieterin war auch schnell zur Stelle und tags darauf wurde er behoben, soweit alles gut. In zwei Zimmern gab es allerdings auch Schimmel in den Ecken. Als wir das angesprochen haben, meinte unsere Gastgeberin, dass das kein Schimmel sei, sondern nur von der "Feuchtigkeit des Hauses nebenan" komme. Darauf kann sich jede:r selbst einen Reim machen denke ich? Nachdem wir sie gebeten haben, uns finanziell entgegenzukommen (= eine Nacht rückzuerstatten), war's dann auch mit der Freundlichkeit vorbei. Die ersten beiden Nächte hatten wir noch Mieterinnen über uns, das war relativ laut, weil die Decke (zumindest in einem Schlafzimmer) sehr dünn ist und es direkt unter der Dusche liegt. Nachdem diese ausgezogen waren, kamen neue nach, die aber um einiges leiser waren. Insgesamt ist es ein okayes Apartment, aber man müsste sich einmal Zeit nehmen, ein paar Dinge zu reparieren und etwas schick zu machen, dann wäre es wirklich gut: Die Glühbirnen: 1/3 der Lampen funktionierte nicht und wenn sie funktionierten, dann hatten sie extrem helles kaltweißes Licht. Stört wahrscheinlich viele Leute nicht, aber wir fanden es sehr unangenehm. Im Bad waren Haken lose, das Treppengeländer wackelte, es gab nur einen Eimer für Restmüll, wir wurden aber gebeten, Papier/Glas/Plastik zu trennen (was wir auch in Säcken gemacht haben), hier könnte man ein paar mehr Eimer bereitstellen. Die Türen klemmen, die Haustür sieht von außen so aus, als wäre sie schonmal aufgebrochen worden. Alle Türen quietschen. => all das sind wirklich Dinge, die man mit 3h Arbeit einfach beheben könnte und es sind Dinge, die für mehr als 1000€/Woche in Ordnung sein sollten meiner Meinung nach. Last but not least: wir haben leider einen kleinen Verdacht auf Bettwanzen.
