All in all, a great experience.

Each of the four rooms had a bathroom, which was a great feature, so the kids and the other family had their privacy. Also, we did like the separate kitchen.

Parking and arrival is tricky. The apartment is for two families, but there is parking for one car. The balcony on top was not that useful for us as it is close to the hosts’ widows, so we did not want to disturb them in the evenings.

Very clean, nice that each room had its own bathroom. Close to the waterfront. Host was quick to respond to messages. Easy check in

A larger family on a combined city and beach vacation, we had a great stay at this property.

We really liked the property as it was perfect for our family. We had the rooms we needed and as the kitchenette and outdoor areas were separate from the sleeping rooms, adults were able to socialize when kids had gone to bed and still monitor the kids. The wine cooler doubled as a fridge, which meant we had plenty of cooling space for food and drink. The landlord responded promptly the few times we had questions. Very good.

Kitchen was nice, but it lacked proper set of cutlery, plates and tools to cook in general. A minimum would be to have a full set of plates, forks, knifes and spoon for the number of beds provided. There were plenty glasses, so it appeared that one may be meant to use the kitchen as a bar, not for eating. We had a real problem with ants, despite the landlord provided us with insecticide and we tried to keep the kitchen clean, we still got a lot of ants in the kitchen. We also missed proper curtains, the current ones are not blocking the daylight in the morning, consequence being that the kids woke up a bit too early. Not a big thing, but it would have been nice.

+ good contact with owner + bath on patio and garden furniture + nice large and light rooms + excellent wifi + near to the city but calm and quiet area + beautiful view on fortress + nice city

- kitchen outside and poor accesory in kitchen for this big apartments and 10 people : very small fridge, no boiling pot no coffeemaker - i think the owner should invest to this things to keep up apartment on higher level :)
