I rented the pet friendly Fraser condo for 6 weeks during the summer. It was a very comfortable condo with everything I needed for my stay. It's convenient to town, the kitchen knives are actaully sharp, the king bed was very comfortable, good wi-fi, and a brand new bbq! The bbq didn't work so Patrik, the owner was very accommodating and brought me a brand new one. There are a few things that need attention. The window cranks don't work so I had to use a pair of pliers to open and close, even though the kitchen had ample cookware and dishes they could use more food storage containers for people that are staying long term and are cooking a lot. The windows are in desperate need of cleaning, I could hardly see out of them. These are minor things but wanted to bring it to attention. All in all, I had a fantastic stay in a comfortable place away from home. I would recommend this pet friendly condo.

Very clean and cozy property. Great location and checks all of the boxes for a great stay.
I appreciated that the check in and check out processes were very simple and straightforward. No extra hassle like most listings these days
We paid the reasonable pet fee and did not experience any hidden charges.
Highly recommend this property!

We’re really happy with our stay at this property. Location was great, near Safeway, and a short drive from restaurants and other shops. The hardwood kitchen table and chairs were beautiful and large enough to accommodate the entire family. We also enjoyed the grill. The underground parking was also a huge bonus. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

My fiancé and I stayed at Patrik's condo for a month over the Thanksgiving holiday and up to just before Christmas. We had an absolute blast and this condo was the perfect home away from home. All of the little details were very appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner, and we used the grill on the balcony too. The heated garage was CRUCIAL, and the game cabinet was stocked! We really enjoyed the fireplace. The house also had plenty of extra linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and laundry necessities. Plenty of storage space, with a ski locker in the garage for gear. It was a great place to work remotely with fast and reliable internet.The location was also awesome. It's super close to the big grocery store but in a quiet neighborhood. Very quick to get to the ski resort and near lots of restaurants. The tubing hills and Nordic Center are also nearby.We also really appreciated the place being pet friendly. Patrik was extremely responsive via text to any questions we had.Thank you Patrik and Evolve for such an awesome experience!
