❄️Starlight Hill Oasis condo doesn’t have A/C (typical for the mountains, where summers stay around 70°). Ceiling fans and extras are provided to keep you cool, and each room has its own thermostat for cozy winter heating.

📌 House Rules & Policies Security Cameras: Cameras at the main exterior door (doorbell) and garage facing the parking lot. No cameras face the hot tub.  No Parties/Unauthorized Guests: Parties, underage drinking, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Authorities will be called and reservations cancelled at guest expense. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping inside the condo or garage is not allowed. Violations result in a $500 fee plus additional cleaning and smoke mitigation fees. Booking Policy: The guest who books must be present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted and will be cancelled at guest cost. Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. Service is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for outages, speed issues, or access problems. Travel Disruptions: We are not responsible for lost nights due to flight delays, weather, road closures, fire restrictions, illness (including altitude sickness), or emergencies. Please purchase travel insurance. Reaching Fraser, CO may require driving over a mountain pass. AWD is needed September–May. Refund Reprocessing Fee

Any payments already made by Guest, regardless of the applicable cancellation policy, are subject to a (up to) 3.9% refund reprocessing fee. This fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the Guest.
