About this apartment rental
Charming, quiet, newly renovated suite with secure, private courtyard entrance available for a 30-day min. stays.
The lush, tropical courtyard area is for your use during your stay. It's a great place to hang out over your morning coffee or evening drink.
We are on the Carlsbad/Encinitas border, 3.2 mi. from Moonlight Beach and 2.7 miles south of Omni La Costa Resort.
There are lots of great restaurants, The Forum Shops, Carlsbad Outlet Mall, Carlsbad Flower Fields & Legoland nearby.
This is a private, ground floor suite that is attached to our main house but with a private entrance. The courtyard is tranquil with several fountains and newly installed fire pit. Guests have access to the courtyard and the suite with attached full bathroom and closet. There is no access to the main house or it's backyard. Note there is no kitchen or laundry but there is a microwave and a refrigerator . I will usually be here to greet you upon arrival, and bid you farewell on the morning of your departure. For anything you may need during your stay, don't hesitate to contact me as I am most likely not far away. Just FYI, our price is not negotiable. The cleaning fee is based on a 30 day stay and will be adjusted for longer stays.

Rancho Ponderosa is a very nice, relaxing, private place to stay. The hosts are quality people and give you your space. Patti is a sweetheart and her thoughtfulness went a above and beyond !! She’s is readily available if you need anything. Super convenient to shops, beaches, etc.

Each morning we were greeted by Hummingbirds bathing in the fountain.
A walking path is nearby that provides a beautiful vista.
