2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We stayed at a larger unit last year but this one was better maintained and closer to the community heated pool and two hot tubs. Pool bar has good pub food. I liked the blackened mahi sandwich. Bed was comfortable. TVs are hard to navigate. I checked to see if it was available for next year and got a reasonable price from the initial contact person. We tried several times to contact them back to book and that took 3 days for them to answer. By then they quoted a price 3X the original quote so we had to pass.

Really enjoyed our stay. We were close to all the places we needed and wanted to visit. The home was very clean and nice. Pet friendly and if ever in the neighborhood again would definitely want to stay here.
