Charmy house Platanus is located in Trsteno, small village just 17 km west from Dubrovnik, where one of the most famous scenes form the Series Game of Thrones were filmed. Trsteno is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, at the same time being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.
On the ground floor of our apartment is comfortable living room, spacious kitchen and bathroom. You will get a staircase to the first floor where you have access to two bedrooms, of which one has a large balcony with astonishing view of the Adriatic Sea and small archipelago called Elaphiti Islands. Each room is air-conditioned; towels and linen are provided, as well as the beach towels. On the ground floor there is a terrace ideal for your getaway to enjoy with family and friends, offering the true Mediterranean lifestyle. If you are arriving with your own or a rental car, there is a free parking place 100 meters from the apartment. The apartment has central heating, so you can book during winter time as well. In short, ideal place to spend your family holidays.
Regarding our interaction with the guests, we will give you our personal recommendations for „must visit „places” or where to eat best fish and grill, or where you can drink a summer cocktails. You can shop for groceries and supplies in the neighboring village Zaton, which is 4 kilometers away or in one of the big supermarkets in Dubrovnik. The biggest market of the Dubrovnik County with fresh domestic products is only 13 km away from the apartment.

Trsteno is a peaceful small village, settled 20km North West from Dubrovnik. Although this whole region is well known for its rich vegetation and comfortable and sunny Mediterranean climate, Trsteno itself is famous for its Arboretum – the oldest Renaissance garden in Dalmatia, filled with exotic plants and trees, tasseled Baroque fountain with statues of Neptune and the nymphs.
