Lovely beachfront property with AWESOME host!

The beachfront property was perfect and Ana and her son are AMAZING! Such kind hosts that accommodated your special requests for check-in and check out. Ana baked us a cake upon arrival, cooked a massive pot of homemade Goulash and also treated us with sweet dumplings! We were really spoiled! That Goulash was probably the best meal we've had the entire trip! We have been so blown away by the experience that we are considering making this a yearly thing! Thank you!!!

Everything was perfect!

From the very first moment we arrived, the host welcomed us with a warm and sincere smile that instantly made us feel at home. Behind the gate, a charming inner courtyard opened up — cozy, peaceful, and full of character. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with every amenity one could possibly need. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking 360° views of the sea, the mountains, and the island itself. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, soak up the midday sun, or relax in the evening under a sky full of stars — accompanied by the soothing sound of the sea and the gentle song of birds. Even from the living room and bedroom, you can still hear the calming sound of the waves, which makes the whole stay even more special. Thanks to our wonderful and hospitable host, we had the chance to taste delicious homemade Croatian food, prepared with organic vegetables from her garden and traditional local desserts. Everything was made with love and care. We truly hope to return to this beautiful island and stay in these amazing apartments again. It was an unforgettable experience!

Stunning

Stunning location right on the water, just a ten-minute walk to the ferry docks and close to plenty of restaurants. Ana was extremely welcoming on arrival and even treated us to a delicious home-cooked meal. At times it was a little tricky to get in touch with her, as I believe her son manages the booking.com messages, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The place was clean, spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen.

Modern, comfortable, great host with amazing communication, 10/10 book you won’t regret it

Everything. We stayed in the apartment with the top terrace with the most amazing views of Lopud. We had a back terrace and an area under the fruit trees for our morning coffee. The apartment was ready and Ana was there to great us, even though we were early it was no problem. Very modern and very clean 2 bed apartment. Lovely furnishings, everything you could need if you wanted to cook. Comfy beds, amazing aircon, great sofa and Tv. Wifi was great too. Washing machine came in handy Ana had baked us a cake it was amazing and gifted us a bottle of wine. Thank you The location was spectacular Thanks for the best stay high recommended.

We had breakfast at the property; we had all the equipment we could possibly need! Our great host Ana brought us fresh eggs from her friend’s chicken;) Two little supermarkets have nice grocery choices.

A lovely place to unwind and relax.

Beloc House was in a prime position close to the beach promenade. We were looked after by Ana who welcomed us with a delicious cake and cooked us an incredible fish meal.

Best host, best flat, best stay ever

The host, Ana, made our stay. By far the most generous, lovely person we met during our stay (although everyone on Lopud island was helpful, friendly and kind). The flat was gorgeous, second line from the sea, inside a clementine grove, with a lovely vegetable garden, from which we were encouraged to pick tomatoes, peppers and fresh herbs for all our salad needs. The flat is almost brand new, the beds and sofa very comfortable to sleep, lots of clean towels and bedding (embroidered by Ana’s mother). We were greeted with a homemade cake in the table, water and beers in the fridge. The following morning Ana brought us homemade tomato sauce and pasta for lunch and one day she cooked goulash for us. She’s the soul of that place. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

A great apartment in a perfect location

The location is absolutely perfect. The apartment has everything needed for a short stay. Ana is a wonderful host, very welcoming, friendly and kind. She gifted us pasta sauce made from the tomatoes grown in her garden. Nothing is too much trouble, Ana anticipates everything you need and is a wonderful host. This is our second time to stay and it was absolutely perfect.

Wonderful stay in paradise

Our stay was absolutely perfect — I would give it 11 stars if I could! The location is phenomenal, close to restaurants and the ferry port, yet very peaceful with a view of the sea, the mountains, and the old town. The apartment is modern and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The shaded outdoor seating areas are lovely and the bedrooms were very comfortable for our group. Ana is a wonderful person and kind host (she even greeted us with cake!) and was available for any needs or questions. This was the best holiday home I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you again, Ana! I would love to come back some day.

Paradise, Ana is truly the queen of Lopud

Ana & her family are so welcoming, the perfect hosts always on hand if you need anything. It’s right next to the sea and has a beautiful little courtyard to get away from the sun. Ana went out of her way & even shared her family’s meals with us on occasion. She is an amazing cook & provided us with fresh vegetables from her garden.

The kitchen is a little old but Ana is improving that later this year.

Lovely apartment

Comfortable apartment with nice location and good facilities. The apartment faces the seafront walk around the bay where people walk by, but also has a quiet backyard. There are only a few steps down to the beach. The hostess is very helpful, friendly and and does her best to make guests feel welcome.

A great apartment, location and above all the host!

We are half locals, so VERY picky about where we choose to go when leaving our home, but Ana's place had it all! A superb location, the host is remarkably welcoming and helpful, the apartment had all we could think of needing. Beach literally two steps away, so we could drink coffee on the porch while watching the kids enjoy the Adriatic.

Fantastiskt läge!!! Tog fem steg utanför dörren och dök direkt i havet. Fanns även liten sandstrand att gå i ifrån. Två uteplatser att välja emellan. Ana var en fantastisk 🤩 vänlig och hjälpsam hyresvärd. Vi blev bortskämda med allt från kaka till hemlagade måltider. Tack Ana för allt. 🥰

Ana jest cudowną gospodynią. Była bardzo gościnna i upiekła dla nas powitalne ciasto. Dostaliśmy też od niej własnoręcznie przez nią zrobiony posiłek. Mieszkanie było idealne, a widok z okna niesamowity. Dostęp do wydzielonej małej plaży był zaraz po przejściu przez chodnik. Sama wyspa idealna na wypoczynek. Polecamy, na pewno wrócimy.

Fantastisk flott takterrasse med nydelig havutsikt og gode utemøbler. Helt ny leilighet med gode senger og aircondition. Veldig god kontakt med utleier som var rask til å svare.

Ett helt oslagbart boende.Super fräscht , bekvämt och smakfullt. Några steg bort från huset finns det en liten badstrand.Framför lägenheten kan du se en helt underbar solnedgång på kvällen med utsikt både mot öppet hav , och den lilla mysiga hamnen.Samt även mot mäktiga bergen längre bort. Vi har fått njuta av hjärtlig gästvänlighet från värden Ana . Vistelsen har gett oss jättefina minnen från Lopud.
