The Blue Seahorse is located on The St. George Sound in The Gulf of Mexico, Bayside. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Rent the home for a fun family escape and enjoy a huge deck with seating and beautiful views. 150 feet of private beach, great fishing and crabbing year round right from the beach or sandbar. The location has a huge great room with smart TV, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a sun porch with a twin bed, WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs with cable. Fine furnishings in a beach house atmosphere.
Places to visit in the surrounding area include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, cycling paths across the road, glass-bottom boat rides at Wakulla Springs, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with touch pools for children), Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve, a variety of local seafood eateries and a local supermarket. Apalachicola has many antique shops and lots of historic homes and is the home of the first Ice Machine built.

There is a small apartment on the ground floor that is NOT included in this listing. It consists of a 1 bedroom apartment that can be rented at certain times of the year and may host a local woman the other times. The 1st floor apartment has a completely separate entrance and exit. The 1st floor apartment is considered a separate residence under Franklin County guidelines.
As the entry's are completely separate, there are still private places for you to enjoy on the 1st floor like a hammock, the outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, the kayaks, 2 fire pits and sitting areas. There is also 2 BBQ grill (propane) and Blackstone there. We do ask that you respect their small area and privacy as she will respect yours.
The local is a great asset to us and the house during hurricane season as well as the surrounding community.

Great property, amazing sunrise, kitchen is spectacular. This was one of the best family vacations that we have ever had and the comfortability and amenities of this property had alot to do with it. Can't recommend this property and host enough.

The house is stocked with majority everything you could need and very clean. Close enough to restaurants and shops but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Lots of fishing and catching crabs at the house. Beautiful sunrise views.
