Located in the beautiful and secure borough of Leeward on Providenciales—a gated residential community with a security guard on site—the rental is equipped with a four-seater electric beach cart for easy transport to and from Sunset Beach, a peaceful northeastern area of Grace Bay named for its incredible sunset views.
Edge of Paradise is fully air-conditioned and just a five-minute drive from grocery shopping, pharmacies, banking, restaurants, luxury shopping, and night life in Grace Bay. Our concierge is more than happy to recommend and facilitate private chef services, dinner reservations, and bookings for excursions around Providenciales or to nearby islands like Water Cay. Guests who book Edge of Paradise enjoy a daily resort-style beach set up on Sunset Beach, portable chairs and a cooler to enjoy for the duration of their stay, and their own private pool to soak in after long days spent at the beach. This property was the perfect set up, location and amenities for our family and it made for an excellent vacation. We didn't want to stay right in Grace Bay, we wanted a slower, quieter, more private beach environment and this exceeded our expectations- from our beach chair/umbrella set up each day, to the convenience of having a golf cart to get too and from the beach, to the comfort and safety of our accommodations. This location is easy to get to, easy to visit Grace Bay restaurants, easy to get to the close by marina for excursions. We almost didn't rent a car- but Jessica strongly recommended we do, and I am so glad we listed to her-- while everything is close, if we had to manage coordinating transportation for little in town coffee shop visits, it would have been difficult. List to the concierge - they know what they are talking about - they are locals and want you to have a good experience.

Jessica was an awesome host! The Villa was perfect for our needs and when the wind wasn’t howling the beach was awesome. Loved the flexibility of the golf cart for trips to the beach.

We LOVED our stay - it was very clean and comfortable, great location, well appointed house, amazing concierge (shout-out to Jessica)! The outdoor space and pool, golf cart and private secluded location were amazing. We will be back!
