Lovely warm room. Staff was helpful when I went for my keys
The fan in the bathroom wasn't strong. Bathroom over warm when I was having my bath. There are no plug sockets near the bed. In 3c, so could hear the door in the corridor banging continuously.

Very helpful lady at the bar. Helped me get my key. Gorgeous room. Stayed in room 12. I loved the fireplace! Comfy bed. Fantastic location
The only downside for me was that the plug socket could be slightly nearer to the bed. I like my phone next to me. But it could quite reach when I was charging it

I liked the location of hotel it’s close to where my friends lived where we was meeting up to meet for birthday party and drinks . Right by main high street . The toilet and bathroom was clean . There was a big window which could be opened wide . There was two spare pillows in the wardrobe a small tv on the wall and stand-alone fan that circulated air if needed if hot . I was dubious at first but got use to the idea by time I had left there was no one working in the hotel and there was no breakfasts as no staff . The hotel is on top of a pub and is very near to three or four other pubs that had loud music the good thing is the music was loud then at a certain time everything went quiet . There are plenty of places to eat outside of the hotel . I would think about staying here again as it is local to high street and where everything is going on . Once I was use to no staff it was fine . There was plenty of storage space and good lighting . The window was the best thing in the hotel .
I didn’t realise that the hotel would have no staff working there until a few days prior to travelling to hotel so felt a bit anxious until I got to the hotel . The email and directions were clear as attached to email was a shot video on YouTube of where to park and how to get into the hotel and how to get keys and where to park . For me i was anxious until holiday ended as if anything went wrong . I didn’t like having to vacate by 10.00 am . The hotel is not only for paying staying guests . I didn’t like the fact I paid more through booking . Com then calling the hotel directly. As I found out from a letter left on shelf which explains call the hotel and rooms will be cheaper . There is no lift only stairs .
