Todo muy bien. Está en una zona tranquila a 20 minutos andando del centro y 5 en coche, y a la vez de camino a la zona de playas. Tiene de todo y funciona correctamente. Hay aparcamiento en la calle. La terraza es increíble. El anfitrión contesta muy rápido a los mensajes.

Todo estaba bien, pero la lavadora está en la terraza, es vieja y no funciona del todo bien.

Das Apartment auf dem Dach ist eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit der Möglichkeit, sich an den Tisch bei der Küche zu setzen, auf dem Sofa im "Wohnzimmer" zu relaxen oder auf Outdoor-Sesseln oder -Liegen die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Sogar eine Hollywood-Schaukel steht zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage in einer nobleren Villengegend von Kalamata mit dem Ausblick auf die Berge ein kleine Oase.

Um in das Zentrum zu kommen, haben wir das Auto benutzt. Man kann natürlich auch 2-3 km zu Fuss gehen, aber die Strecke entlang stark befahrener Straßen ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Etwas mühsam war es auch, das Gepäck in das oberste Geschoss tragen zu müssen - es gibt leider keinen Fahrstuhl im Haus.

Lovely small apartment, perfect for two people. The bedroom was a nice size with good storage. Very well equipped kitchen. Excellent air conditioning in both kitchen and bedroom. The rooftop terrace, accessed through the small sitting room, was excellent. Chairs and a low table, shade, sunloungers, a swing chair, even some gym equipment. We spent most of our time sitting outside in the shade. The area is lovely, quiet with nice houses. Plenty of parking outside the door. We walked down to the sea, maybe 1km, on flat ground, and then walked along the esplanade and cut back into the city. If we go again next year, we will stay here again

As others have mentioned, being a rooftop, there are around 50 stairs to get to it. We were fine with this (In our mid 60s) but anybody with a disability would struggle

Great place, we received a message beforehand with all the information to enter. In the message it was said we would have a breakfast ready for us but that didn't happen. As we had our own food, we didn't ask for it, my theory was that it is more of a season thing. Amazing view and outside space, good appliances for a few days, good shower, good wifi.
