nice house in a quiet street, lots of space, very bright and airy with water views. The kitchen has everything you need and everything is good shape. The TV is chromecast enabled for easy connection to own accounts

Mollymook Milton Holidays are managing the property, and our experience to communicate with them wasn't very good. Communicating with the office is rather difficult as even during business hours the phone goes to voicemail - don't bother leaving a message as they never call back. They do pick up very quickly though if you want to make a payment or anything else transaction related. The welcome sms does state to call the office if anything is not right or there is an emergency - luckily we didn't need that, given the unresponsiveness during business hours, one doesn't want to try that. They send a lot of standarised emails but there is so much content in them that important information about the trip are easily lost. The pricing information are misleading - The price offered on booking.com was not the final price we ended up paying. The receipt for the balance paid a month before our stay did not indicate that anything was still outstanding or will be charged after check in. I understand that 3rd party booking portals don't allow all the information, but that's when a good communicator highlights the differences more clearly. We did have a good time and the property was nice and suitable for our purpose, but based on the administrative side of things I'd be hesitant to book a property managed by Mollymook Milton Holidays again

The property is in a beautiful location, nice to walk down to the beach and surrounding areas.

There was no linen or towels provided. The property markets itself as luxury however it is a bit run down and somethings were a bit dusty (like bedrooms fans). The downstairs bedrooms were very muggy and a bit musty smelling and everything was slightly damp however you can’t open the windows etc as they have no screens. The bathroom downstairs can’t be used as it has no shower screen or shower curtain so water goes everywhere. No shade or shelter in the back deck so we were unable to enjoy the views. A little disappointed for the amount of money we spent. There is also no bathroom door on the ensuite which is unusual.
