Step inside Good Vibes at Swiss and you will immediately know how it got its name! If the modern furnishing and updated lighting effects don’t blow you away, the view of the infinity pool and spa will!  This home has so many extras, especially in the kitchen, to make your stay an awesome one!  Good Vibes everywhere!

This well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath beauty that sleeps 7 (two King bedrooms, and another bedroom with a Queen and a Twin) is located in the main complex at Swiss Waterski Resort in Clermont, Florida.  It backs to the lovely 9 hole golf course which is available to you.  You can also book a waterski set (or two!) with one of the private onsite ski lakes.  In between feel free to take a bike ride on the 4 supplied bikes or enjoy a peaceful walk through this gorgeous community and enjoy the abundant nature in the resort.  Only a short drive away is the NTC for triathletes and the Lake County Rowing Association Club for rowers and kayakers.  Historic downtown Clermont is also close by and definitely worth a visit!

Overlooking the private infinity pool and spa is a spacious screened in lanai with lots of comfortable seating.  A perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening happy hours! The pool deck also has several comfortable sun loungers for soaking up the sun.  (Southern exposure makes this a very sunny spot!)  Some windows have been tinted in case you’d rather nap indoors!

Each of the King bedrooms and the Queen/Twin room have their own private bathrooms.  One is conveniently accessible from the pool area which includes a family tub - great for children!  The fully equipped kitchen with lots of extras has a breakfast bar for two.  Just off the kitchen is a dining table that seats 6 comfortably.  For those grillmasters out there, the owners have supplied a pellet grill that is stored in the garage.

The cozy living area has comfortable seating, and a large smart flat screen TV. (There is also a TV in the 2nd King bedroom).
There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the adjoining private parking garage that can keep your car out of the sun.

Please note the community gate is normally open during daylight hours but we will provide you with a code to enter between dusk to dawn.

Notes:

Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items.  If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose).  We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher).  Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff.  Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door.  Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'.  Thank you for your business!
