This house is an elegant lakeside Mediterranean villa with luxury accommodation for up to eight guests. It is situated within the most residential part of the Swiss Ski School, a water-ski paradise complex, one of the world's finest ski venues. The property benefits from lake frontage on natural Lake Sumner. The complex caters for all levels of ability from complete beginners through to the most accomplished. Villa 6 is located two minutes walk from Swiss Fairways, a beautiful 18 hole championship golf course. Whether you would like to take a few lessons to improve your style or just play for fun the choice is yours . Disney Orlando and other theme parks only 45 minutes away. Villa 6 is definitely the perfect holiday location in Central Florida !!!



RENTAL OPTIONS:

The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.



To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave.



You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS



Always remember to book lodging before flights!

30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.

Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D

All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.

If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.



Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.

Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.

Check-In time is 5:00 pm.

Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.

NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.

NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.

TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.



PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

AFTER HOURS CHECK IN :



Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex.



• Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.



• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.



• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

The overall cleanliness was lacking. There dirt pieces and hairs on most the floors. you could tell somebody attempted to mop, but just ended up spreading everything around. Beyond that everything was pretty good.
