About this cottage rental
The living room and the kitchen:
These two bright rooms have been fitted out to offer you the opportunity to relax, rest and eat in the best conditions,
The living room is 17 m², the through light enters through the main window which opens onto the south facing terrace.
On the north side a second window opens onto the garden.
Reversible air conditioning allows you to cool off in summer and can provide additional heating in winter.
It is equipped with a sofa (which can fold out and offer a very comfortable 140 * 190 bed) and a flat screen TV.
The fitted kitchen (18 m²) has a window overlooking the garden; the French window gives access to the south terrace.
It is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a table and chairs, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, etc ... as well as ample storage.
The two bedrooms upstairs are simple but bright and pleasant.
the parental room or green room
Facing south, it has a 1m90 x 1m40 bed and storage space
Children's room or blue room
Also exposed to the south, it is equipped with a single bed but a second bed located below provides 2 comfortable beds.
Storage is also provided.
The bathroom
Completely redone in 2016, it has a sink, shower, WC and storage space.
Outside
On the south side, the shaded terrace reserved for the gîte with garden furniture and barbecue.
On the other side, the garden without vis-à-vis ideal for lazing around and sunbathing or the swing.
Most: by coming to us you will be at home since the cottage has its independent access and its dedicated terrace.
You can park your vehicle in the free car park located a few meters from the cottage.
We can provide you with: high chair, cot, bikes, etc.
For your comfort, the cottage is of course non-smoking, and animals are not accepted.

This was an unexpected and delightful find just an hour away from busy Paris. The house is in a quiet residential area with a lovely, peaceful courtyard to enjoy lunch or to spend a summer evening. The cottage is very well appointed and equipped and the hosts are most helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely family to greet you. Great little village centre 5 mins walk away. House is a lovely retreat or base to visit Paris and other city’s via the train or car.

Cosy, warm & pittoresque gite with a lot of privacy. The gite had all the required amenities. The owners, Eric & Sandrine, are very friendly and involved to let you have a good vacation. Ballancourt is a good location to visit the surrounding of Paris by car. Thanks to the hospitality of Eric & Sandrine it was a memorable vacation. Thank you very much!
