The worst place we’ve stayed — nothing like the photos and definitely not suitable for families
Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the photos. It was very old, poorly maintained, and extremely dirty. The furniture, especially the sofas and mattresses, were in terrible condition — worn out and unclean. The whole place felt unhealthy to stay in. On top of that, the apartment was extremely small — definitely not suitable for a family, and barely enough for even 1 or 2 people. Worst of all, after staying there, my children developed skin problems, which we believe were caused by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene in the apartment. I also contacted the host directly, but unfortunately they were completely uncooperative and offered no help or solution. This stay was completely unacceptable, and I hope Booking.com will review this listing seriously. I would not recommend this place to anyone
