Great central location, well set up, great facilities

Only thing I didn’t like was I felt unsafe in the shower as there was no non slip mat and nothing to hold on to. It wasn’t helped that I had my arm in a cast but the above would have made a difference. Other than that everything was fantastic.

Did not know where to access rubbish chute. Maybe on the information sheet add rubbish chute found on first floor. We asked hotel cleaner.

Central to town, nice spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Shower had great pressure. Kitchen was great and had lounge and dining areas.

When booking was not made clear that some apartments are privately owned. This one was a private owned apartment and while its not necessarily a big deal- I booked without knowing this until prior to check in. We were unable to ask reception for anything and were told to message owner for any assistance which was a bit off putting. We had to remove all our rubbish ourselves , didnt have access to extra towels or face cloths and the plug in bath did not allow the bath to be used (was to drain shower only). I booked this because of the jetted bath so was not happy it couldn’t be used. I messaged owner but was advised to turn it clockwise to seal but its a draining plug only. Im unsure why a bath is advertised if cannot be used for its purpose. There was no milk on arrival so had to go miles in car to buy some after travelling a long way. Arrived to ants crawling over bench. There was no sugar or hot chocolate. Toilet paper was thin basic 1 ply.
