All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.
One of the top destinations on Georgia vacations is undoubtedly the historic city of Savannah. Easily the best way to experience to Savannah is to stay downtown in Savannah vacation rentals. Savannah is an extremely walkable city and staying in the heart of the historic district gives you close access to all the best attractions. With Southern Belle vacation homes Savannah, you can find a wide variety of homes to fit your vacation plans.
One of our quality Savannah vacation rentals is the Jay-Ann House. Located on Congress Street between Price Street and Houston Street and right near Washington Square, this rental can sleep 10 guests in four bedrooms with four bathrooms. As with all of our vacation homes Savannah, Southern Belle provides a variety of great amenities, including all kitchen appliances and utensils, linens, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and more. Everything you need to feel at home on your Georgia vacations is here. This property has quite a modern look with wood floors, white walls and cabinetry and stainless steel kitchen appliances. There are ceiling fans throughout and windows with pleasant views of the city. However, the best part is undoubtedly being within great walking distance of much of what Savannah has to offer.
The master bedroom features en suite accommodations, one of the nicest bathrooms out there featuring a multi-head stand-up shower and double sinks, and a luxurious king-sized bed. The second bedroom also features en suite accommodations and a queen-sized bed. Upstairs you will find a loft style room with a king-size and twin-size bed perfect for the little ones in your party. Finally a queen-bedroom rounds out the properties sleeping quarters with it's easy access to the outstanding upstairs bathroom.
You won't have to head too far south of your vacation homes Savannah to find the huge Colonial Park/Cemetery. This cemetery is about six acres in size and is the oldest municipal cemetery in the city. It has been closed since 1853 to interments, but was the main cemetery between 1750 and the time it closed. Savannah is well-known for its parks, and probably the most famous of these is Forsyth Park. Prominently featured in the "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" book and movie, this park is a popular place for both tourists and locals. You can wander the trails or have a picnic on the grounds. River Street is another big draw, with its rows of old cotton warehouses transformed into artist lofts, boutiques and gourmet restaurants. Of course, no trip to Savannah would be complete without taking one of the famous tours. You can choose from a spooky ghost tour, a horse drawn carriage tour or even a pub crawl.
One of the best things about Savannah is all the celebrations that take place throughout the year. Check with local information to see if any of these festivals might be during your stay.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving
Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day
Day before New Years Day, New Years Day, and the day after New Years Day

Great location, easy to get around, clean and spacious

This was a wonderful place to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The kitchen was very well equipped so that we were able to cook our entire traditional family meal. We also made use of the grill outside. It has an amazing family/dining/kitchen area where we could all socialize. It was close to restaurants and shopping. The hosts were extremely responsive. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. They even have a basket of games and puzzles for all ages. It was perfect for our needs and we will definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us!

Nice property, convenient location, worked well for our group… but for what we paid, I expected a bit more. I immediately put the bathroom rugs in the wash when we arrived as they were dirty. The pillows were all the inexpensive uncomfortable ones. The furniture is all a bit tired and some walls need touch ups. It is not appointed with any coffee, tea, enough toiletries or toilet paper. No welcome basket with snacks. We had my older parents with us and there is a significant flight of stairs to get to the first floor bedrooms. Going the extra mile would have made a world of difference in my impression and satisfaction for what I paid.

The house is beautiful and we all had a nice stay. However, there were some issues that were noticeable enough. The downstairs air conditioner was simply not working which explained why it was so hot downstairs compared to the rest of the house. At first we noticed the batteries in the monitor were missing so I bought new ones to replace them. But it still didn’t work. The oven also seemed to not generate enough heat to bake anything properly. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked. There were like 5 spoons altogether, not enough garbage bags, no dishwashing detergent, no laundry detergent, no tinfoil, saran wrap, etc etc. I ended up buying all of these materials for the house. All of this combined just felt like a lack of care to the guest experience, especially given such an expensive stay. But it makes sense because the house seems to be owned by a larger company that rents houses out for short-term stays, so it’s obvious there is no one regularly checking on these things.
To be fair, someone did stay in touch with me throughout the stay to check on us and if we needed anything. However, by the time I reported the problems, it was too late to do anything about it.
I would suggest more care and attention to the smaller touches. Though small, attention to detail significantly enhances the guest experience.
