About this house rental
Welcome to your home away from home! This 4 bedroom 2 bath has something to offer for all different kinds of travelers out there. It is located in a safe and welcoming neighborhood and is close to the 60 and val vista which has plenty of options to eat and hang out within walking distance. House is luxuriously furnished with 1 king, 3 queens and 1 air mattress (for extra people) and come with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. If you are on a fun family vacation there is pool table and karaoke to entertain your whole family. If you are sole searching traveler this house has a beautiful back yard with an arboretum so that you can relax with a glass of wine and ponder. Come and experience all the niceties this home has to offer!
Heated Pool Instructions:
1. There is a 50 dollars per day extra charge(energy cost) for all days of your stay if you would like your pool to be heated
2. The pool heat pump takes about a day to get to a temperature of 80 degrees in the winter so the guest needs to confirm to the property manager in writing, 1 day before their arrival that they are OK with the extra cost and that they would like to have their pool heated
3. Since we utilize a heat pump, heating the pool will not be possible if the ambient temperature during the guest stay goes below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. So, people staying during the coldest days in the Phoenix (second half of December to end of January) may have issues getting the pool up to the temperature or may not even be able to get up to temperature. We recommend not utilizing the pool heater during this time but if the guest insist, we will be happy to turn on the heater with the disclaimer that guest understands about the disadvantage
4. No glass bottles/containers inside the pool area
5. Guests are not allowed the increase/set the temperature of the heater or meddle with the electrical infrastructure around it for safety reasons. Please call the owner/property manager for assistance on this.

After reading all the reviews thoroughly I had some concern. Goku Assured me that everything was clean and shipshape. We found the place to be as advertised, fantastic and Goku was a wonderful host! Do not be discouraged by any of the negative reviews. It is a beautiful home, spacious with a fantastic backyard. Our two grandsons had a wonderful time there playing in the backyard and in the swimming pool. Anyone who wants to use the pool should pay for having it heated unless you’re there in the heat of summer. We paid to have it heated for our March visit and it was as warm as bathwater! Worth the cost. It has four good size bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, with a large kitchen and living room. The home was Much larger than we needed but was worth it. A great place for a family reunion. You can Count on Goku to make things right, enjoy your stay.

The property is not well managed or kept up by the property manager, it was poorly cleaned. The trash on the side of the house was flowing over and stacked up. The smell was awful. There was no place to put our garage. The barbecue didn’t work the regulator was broken. We called the property owner/host he responded very quickly. However, the property manager was not available to come fix the bbq. We had to go buy tools and parts to fix the bbq ourselves. We paid extra to have the pool heated, I confirmed with the owner/host that it would be turned on. The pool was 68 degrees when we got there instead of 80. The heater was not turned on to heat the pool. There was only one roll of toilet paper half way used for 2 bathrooms and no soap. We had to go buy toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and soap to wash our hands. The neighborhood was beautiful and location was perfect. They house was the perfect size for our family and had lots to do and entertain the kids, beds were very comfortable. The owner was great with responding to us. I think the issue is the owner should evaluate the property manager and his house keeper, they are not doing their job and the owner lives in another state.

the carpet needs to be taken out of the replace carpet in master bath. Pool lights weren’t working, carpet needs to be cleaned; and the floors needed to be mopped. Grill needed to be cleaned.. No plugs in the bathtubs. Lights are needed in the kitchen. Clean bathtub and shower; it appears to have mildew.
