CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.

Condo was spacious and comfortable. Great views of the gulf and beach. Amenities were lacking since the lazy river was not working and pools (both indoor and outdoor) were cold. Oops! Don't eat at their snack shop by the pool. Way too many great options for dining away from the property.

Awesome view! We enjoyed relaxing in the sun on the sofa on the deck! We also ate several breakfasts at the table also on the deck. Picked up some fun sea shells.

It was a beautiful unit with beautiful views. Very spacious and the property manager was terrific. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Check-in was super easy. Everything was as described in the condo and in working order. AND Clean! I had absolutely no complaints. I loved the balcony seating and views. We also loved the layout of the condo and all the space we had!!! 7 of us were in our group. We loved the pool, lazy river, and cafe. The walk to the beach was much less of a hassle than many condos and resorts we’ve been to in the past. The teenagers did want to make pizza and cookies while we were there that I had bought, but we couldn’t find a pizza and/or cookie sheet to do so. That was totally on me, though. Oh… Also, I did a happy dance when I saw the box fan in the master suite closet!!! A small but major necessity of mine! Thank you so much for having us!
