A delightful villa with kindhearted hosts, nestled in a spacious, palm-filled garden. Just 80 steps from the turquoise shore with its soft, white sand, it is a sanctuary where peace embraces you, joy lingers in your heart, and Sithonia reveals its most radiant charm.

A very nice and cosy house, perfect for a family with two children.
The kind hosts have made sure that you have everything you need for a great stay, and beyond.
The location is perfect, close to a beach with crystal blue waters, with very few houses in the close proximity.
There is a huge well maintained yard with a summer open kitchen with BBQ, and even a basketball basket.
Maybe the only thing to mention here is the internet connection which sometimes suffers from disruptions - if you’re there for the internet of course. But from my experience this is typical for the area and is not this house specifics.

Удобствата в къщата(от страна на домакините беше помислено за всичко), изключителната близост до плажа, прекрасния озеленен двор с множеството възможности за спорт( тенис на маса, бадминдон, колоездене, баскетбол)и не на последно място - възможността семейството да е с домашния си любимец! Мястото е много спокойно и уединено.

The house was above our expectantions. The house and the yard are great and the host took such good care of everything that it didn't felt like an accommodation. We felt like home. The review before îs very accurate and the host îs so attentive to the guests needs, that by the time of our arrival, the sugested appliances ( expreso machine, tv, microwave oven) were already added :). So, we had everything (great house, great yard, great beach few steps away and easy acces to another famous beaches) for a great holiday.
