The location is excellent. Right in the middle of everything and close to the beach. At the same time it’s quiet at night. The host was very helpful and always reachable via a phone call or Whatsapp. We booked it mostly for the location and the pool but never got around to actually using the pool. The apartment has a private parking space in a garage close by (150 meters) for extra cost.

Everything was okay but maybe a bit dated, not the most romantic apartment for couples. The whole building is a bit dated to be honest. Air conditioning was rather loud and it is in the living room/kitchen so it’s not too effective for the bedroom. There’s a fan in the ceiling of the bedroom but it wasn’t totally silent. The instructions of where the actual entrance to the building is, could have been a bit clearer.

Everything was more than perfect for our needs

The owner of the apartment is very friendly and caring - easy to deal with. No English, but we used Google translator to communicate. We were provided with toilet paper, soap, washing powder, cooking oil, bottle of water in the fridge, salt/sugar, tea, coffee. She allowed us to check in early and texted us halfway through our stay to ask if we needed anything. We stayed for 11 nights. The mattress was quite comfortable, with two different pillows to choose from- soft and memory. There was also a spare set of towels. The kitchen is tiny, but it has everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast. The balcony faces the neighborhood, with a view of the mountains in the distance. No sea view, but a lovely sunset is guaranteed. The location is perfect - you are close to everything- pubs, restaurants, Disco, mercadona, train station, old town etc.. there's a shared swimming pool available for residents of the 3 apartment blocks. Use of the pool is free, though lounges cost 2 euro and umbrellas 1 euro. There is air conditioning in the living room and only an air vent in the bedroom. The air vent isn't very light, but it might be disturbing if you are a light sleeper.

There is hotel construction directly in front of our balcony and unfortunately we weren't lucky - every morning from Monday to Saturday - we were woken up by them at 7 am by constant banging, drilling and other noise. The workers also played loud music making the morning even more disruptive
