We just stayed one night in one of the spacious folk-rooms and adored the great design of the house. It was wonderful. Great coffee in the morning.

Owner is nice and tries his best. Room is big and spacey. Bathroom is small and very village style, it could be ok, but we were too tired and didn't risk to use it.
Constant traffic noise, we barely managed to sleep couple of hours. Cars passes by all night long and big trucks hit the road from 5am. There are many guests (permanent?) from Ukraine who are very unhappy with other guest and don't allow to use a kitchen in the evening. Common spaces are dirty. Sorry to write this, but I would definetely recommend try traditional stay somewhere else.
