About this apartment rental

STR License # 119863 1 bedroom / 2 bath garden apartment in rear of main house. Private entrance and separate from main house. Sleeps 4. Queen bed in bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. We also have available 2 Twin Air Mattresses with automatic fill if guest does not wish to share beds. There is a full bathroom off of the living room and the other full bath has access from the bedroom. There is a Kitchenette with coffee/tea condiments provided. 700 sq feet. Eclectic, Retro & Cute! Courtyard with BBQ grill. Lots of Lawn furniture & umbrellas. Fire Pit with wood provided. Covered sitting porch. 2 TVs with ROKU in apartment. Internet. 7 blocks south of University Blvd off of Greensboro Ave. 12 blocks from the stadium. 2 off street parking spaces, with plenty of street parking. Beautifully landscaped. I will allow tailgating / gatherings OUTSIDE with friends, if you let me know in advance.

The accommodations were very nice. It was cozy and had plenty of room for all of us. The property manager was very welcoming and made our stay very pleasant.

Comfortable stay and walkable to campus which was great for a football weekend. Great Southern hospitality and loved the outdoor seating in yard, also enjoyed walking to coffee shop for morning cappuccino.
