About this apartment rental
Walking Distance to campus and even closer to Bryant Denney Stadium. 1 block west of the north end zone goal line!!! You are so close that you can here the roar of the fans! Roll Tide. One block south of Publix and the Houndstooth Bar. Location, location, location. You will be able to park your car in a designated parking space underneath the complex and not have to drive anywhere. You can walk to The Strip and enjoy all the bars and restaurants and walk home. Be sure to be an Alabama fan because when you walk in the condo it yells ROLL TIDE at you. This is an adult only complex. No student housing. Most owners have a unit for Alabama athletic events only. Including me! However, I am putting it on the market so that others can use my place when I am not there. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message and I will answer any of your questions. Hope you come and visit The GoalLine Stand!!! Most Alabama fans will know why I call it this. I actually have one of Daniel Moore's original Goal Line Stand pictures hanging in the condo. RTR.

This property is in a perfect location to campus, block from the stadium, and a block from University Blvd. The property manager was excellent and responded very quickly. I will definitely stay here in the future. 10/10.

Stayed for move in of our freshman daughter. Great location and perfect for three of us! Only word of caution is the parking garage is tight. Excellent communication with the owner!

If you are going to the game this is the place to be. It’s a very short walk to the stadium and an easy walk to many restaurants and bars. The place is clean and inviting, it has everything you need for a great stay. We parked the car and walked everywhere, when we needed a break the condo was always close by. The owners were great, they were easy to talk to and quick to reply. We will definitely come back for our next game. 5 stars for sure!

The owner is friendly and communicates well with you. It was very clean, in safe area, convenient, decorated with the Tide spirit! The location was perfect! Will definitely stay here again. The only thing is to make sure you are good at parking in tight spots if you have a large truck or suv or park carefully cause it’s a tight spot. Staying here made our visit go smooth, easier and overall more enjoyable!
