About this apartment rental

(Permit #USE2019-0014) Private 900+ square foot apartment on the edge of the downtown business district. 3 blocks from bus transit depot station and walking distance to numerous breweries, restaurants and attractions. It is the 2nd story of an office building, requiring ascending/descending a flight of stairs. Slightly unconventional, this converted office space has 2 large bedrooms off of a full kitchen with a large table for dining, and no formal living room. Each bedroom includes a King sized bed, a sofa bed or couch, 43" screen tv, wifi. Extra guest fee for groups of greater than 2 people.

I always start with the 3 Cs - clean, comfortable, and convenient. This rental was all three. The rental was also well maintained and well equipped. There was plenty of everything from towels to glasses and dishwasher detergent. The rooms were bright and cheerful with plenty of room. The location was great - quiet, but about a 10 minute walk to downtown. We loved this place and hope to stay there again.

Fantastic location that is just far enough from downtown to fuel, peaceful but walkable enough. Not far from restaurants or local breweries.Very comfortable king size beds, down comforters are a plus.
