Great location and the house was HUGE! Could easily accommodate a large family. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to make most of our meals there. All the appliances were clean and useful. Enjoyed taking my morning tea on the front porch!
No assigned parking made it difficult for some of our elderly family members. This house is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties-lots of stairs and no ramps. Not sure what was going on with the ‘rumpus room’ upstairs 🤷🏼♀️
We had some difficulties with the door lock getting in, but were able to resolve the issue. I’ve used these types of locks before but this one was kind of hard and used ten digits.

Spacious house with plenty of room for all of our guests. Very quiet neighborhood in close proximity to shopping (Haggen), good coffee, and the Cromwell Park. Nice front porch for sitting and sipping coffee/tea in the morning.

Newly renovated, spacious and well decorated. This bungalow is close to downtown, was clean and the mgmt company communicated well.
No coffee pods for the keurig.

It's exactly as advertised; very comfortable home located in a very walkable neighborhood. You're a stones throw from restaurants, brewery and a Haggens. Friendly neighbors to boot.
I really can't think of any negatives. Maybe a little bit of yard work would help (remove the prickly thistles).
