Beautiful location on the coastline. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise every morning from the large enclosed lanai. Pool was well maintained. About a 25 minute drive into downtown Hilo on most days. Puna Trail head is close by (bring good shoes should you plan to go the 2 miles one-way to Shipman Beach. Only slight negatives were the stackable washer/dryer had an unpleasant odor in the hallway outside the downstairs bedrooms, and if you are staying in the upstairs master bathroom you will need to navigate some steps to get luggage up and down. Overall a quiet, relaxing location.

Communication with the property manager was disappointing. The front gate was difficult to open and close The stairs to the 2nd floor were a challenge. The house was furnished and supplied very well and the beds were excellent.
