For larger groups requiring additional accommodations, High Style Vacation Homes manages five vacation properties in the same neighborhood. Multiple homes may be reserved together, subject to availability, and discounts may be available for qualifying multi-property reservations.

Enjoy the convenience of staying close to friends and family while maintaining the comfort and privacy of separate vacation homes.

Important Rental Rules & County Occupancy Restrictions

NO WEDDINGS, PARTIES, RECEPTIONS, OR LARGE EVENTS PERMITTED.

Our property's maximum guest limit of 17 (including all children) is strictly enforced 24 hours a day, including visitors. Guests must comply with all applicable county occupancy requirements and property rules.

Violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation and eviction, subject to applicable law, without refund.

PARKING RESTRICTIONS

Maximum of 6 vehicles

All guest vehicles must park in designated on-site parking areas

No RVs, boats, buses, trailers, or oversized vehicles

No additional parking beyond the property's permitted capacity
