We enjoyed our stay.
There were two issues for us.
1.) There were little flying bugs in the unit the entire week we were there. Not just in the kitchen area. Not fun. We had to keep everything covered.
2.) There weren’t enough wash clothes left in the unit from the cleaning crew. I called three times and my husband went to the office. The staff did finally bring us a full bag of wash clothes and towels, but why did it take all of that?
My oldest daughter wanted to use the indoor pool, but was told it was closed. She went to the outdoor pool, and was told she needed to make a reservation. Would’ve been nice to know that when we checked in.

Excellent property with plenty of space and amenities. Th unit was clean and up to date and included everything we needed. Great location.

Not sure if I would rent this property again only because it wasn’t cleaned well. Mold in the shower, hair that wasn’t ours in the bathroom, ceiling fans were very dusty, no pot holders to get stuff out of the oven, light bulbs were out and there was empty water bottles on the porch over looking the small pond in the back. I feel like when you go on vacation you shouldn’t have to clean your rental that you rented just because the cleaners aren’t doing their job right. We pay a cleaning fee for the rental to be cleaned, but ours wasn’t!! Very unhappy with the cleaning.
