Water Country USA, Busch Gardens, "William & Mary," Wyndham Governor's Green

Love staying at this place in Williamsburg, it is close to everything you will want to do in and around Williamsburg. The condo was clean, big and perfect for our family time!

Great location and beautiful property. Activities could use a better sign up process and attendants could communicate better but the amount of activities was great! We enjoyed the mini golf, jenga, and tennis. We had plenty of room and it was very private. The carpets were pretty gross, but it’s just probably been forever since they were replaced. everything else was kept nice and clean. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Furniture was dusty. Light switch to kitchen had a short and would not go out.

The property owner was fantastic to work with and was punctual with responding to all our requests! The Wyndom Resort checkin was a little difficult and needs some work. We were informed that we could call for an early arrival. We were accustomed to check-in times of 3PM. Accordingly, when we discovered checkin was at 4PM, we called the Resort to arrange for a 3PM arrival. The Resort informed us that they do not honor early arrival, but, they would do their best to make arrangements if we arrived on property early. We had travelled from Florida and we were exhausted. The Suburban was packed tight. Knowing we could not arrive early, we did our grocery shopping to absorb the time and pulled into the resort packed even tighter than before. We attempted to checkin @ 3PM, but, were told that if we pulled into the front parking lot that they would text us when our unit was ready. Keep in mind that the previous tenants had to be out at 10AM and Wyndom housecleaning had 5 hours to get things ready. However, we understood the concierge was doing their best and careful cleaning was preferred over being in early ( COVID -19). We agreed to wait and ran the vehicle's air conditioning. Nobody from Wyndom sent a text message and so we sat and waited. At 4PM, we pulled back into the long line of cars now waiting to checkin. We pulled up again to ask whether our unit was prepared. Wyndom finally gave the green light and without so much as an apology and sent us to our unit. We arrived and were pleased with the size and accommodations of the unit. We removed our shoes and began walking the floors with our white socks. We quickly found that the carpets were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, the unit was enjoyable and the activities, while limited due to COVID-19, were fun! I would advise the staff to refrain from being overly guarded about access to TP, laundry and dishwasher detergent. I was questioned over our use of basic supplies! Trust me, we were not staying at the Wyndom Resort to conduct a heist of paper towels!
