Cool facilities with a charming host

Comfortable underground stay near Strasbourg

The appartment offers exactly what promised: a comfortable space, old but smart decoration, surprises like the stereo, the breakfast, the guitar, your private bar and the pool to play (not swim!). Close to Strasbourg centre (by bus or car). And low price. The owner was polite and discrete, gave all necessary info and left us in peace. Easy free parking in the neighborhood.

It is an underground apartment, with an age, the characteristic smell, not much light and the surounding garden is pretty much unattended. Not an issue for us.

Great airbnb style with a whole basement man cave just for you. Pool, hifi and a nice garden make it a hidden gem. The owner was also exceptionally nice :)

There was nothing not to like. There is no AC but the basement was very cool naturally.

Garden in the front of the house

To be honest it is not much to say,the price for the room was too high for what he presented at Booking.First of all the room is at the ground floor to a house, separate entrance,but with common entrance for owner to a stair from toilet, hallway.Ceiling at 2.20 m high,about 40-50 cm lower than a normal apartment,that is making the room to look like a cellar.Window in the room facing the back of the house where was a fountain making noise at all time.Renovations that he did at the house incomplete,meaning for shower he put a new door, but unfinished ,toilet in a separate place with a courtain instead of a door !!, hallway all kind of rusty and old things,cuisine meaning an microwave and a coffee machine functional !!.The worst was the smell from the room , something like mold or cigarettes,I'm not sure.And breakfast that was payed means a croissant,a little glass of orange juice,about 30 grams of cheese and jam,and a piece of bread cut it in half,no eggs,no omelette,no ham ,no vegetables ( for 13 euros),the room was for rent also with Airbnb for 50 e ,not 63 e like here !!So,my conclusion,too much for what he offers !!!(and also, no welcome drink like I was reading in other reviews !!!)

Un endroit parfait pour un WE à Strasbourg

25 min du centre ville de Strasbourg (15 min à pied + 10 min de tram B). Petits déjeuners au top, café-thé-infusion en libre service, beaucoup de place (tout le rez de jardin de la maison est privatisé), sono de grande qualité avec une CDthèque à dispo, jeux et billard inclus, calme absolu, le tout avec un accueil très chaleureux !

Poziție foarte bună a apartamentului, aproape de zona centrală cu tramvaiul sau autobuzul, zona rezidențială foarte liniștită. O gradina foarte frumoasa, apartament bine dotat și curat. Prorietar foarte amabil, care prepara un mic dejun delicios.

Séjour idéal dans un quartier très calme avec un hôte absolument charmant et aux petits soins.

Séjour au top avec un super accueil et des petits déjeuners tout à fait bienvenus. La localisation est idéale, le quartier vraiment très calme et le logement est parfaitement équipé. (J'aurais une petite préférence pour un seul lit plutôt que deux).

Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Manifestement, le propriétaire apporte beaucoup d'attention pour que le locataire se sente bien. Le linge de lit est de bonne qualité, la mise à disposition d'une table de billard est très appréciable, le petit déjeuner est bien meilleur que ce qui se trouve dans les chaines d'hotel. Le quartier est calme et proche des transports et commerce. L'hôte est très agréable et accueillant.

La déco est un peu vécue mais à part cela vraiment rien à redire.

Mooi logement maar er is plaats voor verbetering.

De stilte en de rust. Aangenaam verblijf. Host heel vriendelijk en geeft goeie tips i.v.m. de parkeerplaatsen dicht bij een tramstation.

Jammer van de muffe, vochtige geur. Mooie locatie maar van de kamer en keuken kan iets veel mooiers gemaakt worden. Ontbijt mag iets gevarieerder, bvb. een gekookt eitje.

Le lieu est incroyable, nous avons passé de super soirée avec le billard, le déjeuner était copieux et très bon, le propriétaire est très chaleureux et ouvert, il n’hésite pas à vous conseiller.

Größe, Frühstück, Lage (sehr gute Straßenbahnanbindung - wenn man gut zu Fuß ist - 11 min Gehzeit, super netter Vermieter

Wie von Anderen erwähnt - es riecht ein wenig - was einem in der Wohnung nicht wirklich auffällt. Allerdings beim Betreten. Vorhang vor der Toilette war nicht weiter tragisch. Toilette und Dusche sind in einem separatem Raum.

Tout était absolument à notre goût ; le petit déjeuner copieux aux horaires qui nous conviennent, l'espace et l'accès au billard qui nous a ravi ; le confort de la literie, la propreté, le bon goût de la décoration, l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire puis sa discrétion durant notre séjour, la localisation et le calme de la chambre, le rapport qualité-prix imbattable.
