El apartamento está completamente reformado, es muy moderno y está equipado con electrodomésticos de excelente calidad. La decoración es impecable, cuidada hasta el último detalle, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy agradable y confortable. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos metros de la Playa Victoria, con una gran variedad de restaurantes, cafeterías y supermercados en los alrededores. Además, cuenta con muy buenas conexiones de transporte público, lo que facilita desplazarse por Cádiz sin necesidad de utilizar el coche.
